At Cosentino, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces. As a Sales Management Professional - International Business, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Units and driving sales growth across various markets.

About the Role:

  • Gain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be responsible for one of our Business Units.
  • Support our Business Units through temporary back-ups and provide internal consultation to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
  • Identify and implement observed best practices in each Business Unit, train new and existing employees, and analyze the market (competition, trends, etc.).
  • Implement Strategy Projects through the Business Units and implement the Cosentino Business Model.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics.
  • Fluent in English, with a second language being a plus.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge about our business, including high-level English, French desired, and other languages a plus.
  • Driving license and excellent communication skills.
