About the Role

At Engineering UK, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Amazon Business ES Commercial team. As a B2B sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of Amazon Business solutions among high potential prospects. Your primary focus will be on introducing customers to the concept and benefits of Amazon Business, advising them on best practices for using our solutions, and identifying opportunities for high complexity features. You will also deliver webinars and organize customer events, providing accurate weekly reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption. Your close collaboration with the sales team and sales leadership will be crucial in providing status updates and insights learned during deployment. This role requires a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing and demonstrating relentless discipline in achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact high potential prospects and introduce them to the concept and benefits of Amazon Business.
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
  • Discover customer purchasing processes and pain points and identify potential for high complexity features.
  • Deliver webinars and organize customer events.
  • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption.
  • Work closely with sales team and sales leadership to provide status updates and insights learned during deployment.

Requirements
  • Spanish and English language required.
  • BA/BS required.
  • 1/2+ years sales management, purchase/buyer, operations experience or consulting.
  • Exceptional and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
