Job Title: Customer Program Management Advisor

Job Summary:

Celestica is seeking a Customer Program Management Advisor to manage customer accounts for the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) segment. The successful candidate will act as the interface between the customer and the company, managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing/bid preparation and the development and management of contract terms.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D)
  • At least 6+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment/industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills
  • Very good command of written & spoken Spanish, English, and German
