Job Summary
Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace and Defense Program Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning
- Develop and manage contract terms, pricing, and bid preparation
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and communicate with customers
- Coordinate program tracking meetings, analyze costs, and provide performance reporting
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector, manufacturing process, and SCM
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
