Job Title: Customer Program Management Advisor

Job Summary:

Celestica, a global leader in electronic components manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Advisor to manage customer accounts for the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) segment. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between the customer and Celestica, ensuring timely product deliveries and project/program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure on-time product deliveries and project/program execution.
  • Monitor and manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing/bid preparation and contract term development and management.
  • Manage and monitor customer satisfaction through regular communication, surveys, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D) customer program management or a related field.
  • At least 6+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment/industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodology and tools.
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.

Language Skills:

Very good command of written and spoken Spanish, English, and German.
