Job Summary
Celestica is seeking a skilled Program Management Advisor to join our team in the Aerospace Defense and Healthtech sector. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
- Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
- Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, and monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
- Provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews.
- Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to analyze costs and price variances.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector, including manufacturing processes, schedules, and SCM.
- Knowledge of product pricing, contracts, and contract negotiations.
- Understanding of business risks and price makeup (Value add and Materials).
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
