Job Summary

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Advisor to join our team in the Aerospace & Defense sector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through regular surveys, self-assessments, and complaint management.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, and monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to analyze costs and price variances.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector, including manufacturing processes, schedules, and SCM.
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
