About the Role
Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Advisor to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions and ensure project/program schedules are met.
- Manage customer account profitability through forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
- Participate in pricing/bid preparation and develop and manage contract terms.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction through regular surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
- Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
- Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, and monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
- Provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews.
- Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to analyze costs and price variances.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sector.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, schedules, and SCM.
- Understanding of business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs.
- Knowledge of product pricing, contracts, and contract negotiations.
- Thorough understanding of business risks and price makeup (Value add and Materials).
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
