Customer Program Management Specialist

Celestica International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning
- Develop and manage contract terms and pricing strategies
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews
- 3+ years of experience in Health Tech/Electronic Medical Devices Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
- Good presentation, database management, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
