Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Specialist to join our team at Celestica Inc. This role will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing action plans to correct out of plan conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing/bid preparation and develop and manage contract terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction day-to-day and formally through customer surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, and monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Work with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to coordinate efforts to analyze costs and price variances.
  • Create and coordinate New Product Introduction schedules and project plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Health Tech/Electronic Medical Devices Manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment/industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools (both waterfall and agile).
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Very good command of written and spoken Spanish and English.
