Job Summary:

Celestica International Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Program Management Specialist to manage customer accounts for the Healthtech segment.

The successful candidate will act as the interface between the customer and the company, managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits and customer satisfaction for assigned site customer accounts.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in Health Tech/Electronic Medical Devices Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing/bid preparation and the development and management of contract terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction day-to-day and formally through customer surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
