Job Description

The Operations Program Manager will lead and manage customer accounts to ensure timely product deliveries and on-schedule project/program execution. This includes developing action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions.

With guidance from more experienced team members, the Operations Program Manager will manage customer account profitability through forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer satisfaction day-to-day and formally through customer surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
  • Communicating frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinating and hosting regular/as-needed program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules, and SCM, as well as experience working in a manufacturing environment/industry.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
