Program Management A&D Specialist

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Management A&D professional to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Customer Program Management Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring product deliveries are on time, and developing action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
- Participate in pricing/bid preparation and develop and manage contract terms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction day-to-day and formally through customer surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
- Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
- Coordinate and host regular/as-needed program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
- Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
- Work with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to coordinate efforts to analyze costs and price variances.
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D)
- At least 6+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment/industry
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines
- Excellence in cross-team collaboration skills
- Very good command of written & spoken Spanish, English, and German
