Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely product deliveries and on-schedule project execution
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction through regular communication and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze costs and price variances
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
