Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely product deliveries and project milestones are met.
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze costs and price variances, and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Coordinate and host program tracking meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the impact of order changes on inventory and provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Health Tech or Electronic Medical Devices industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including waterfall and agile.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high production standards.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
