Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and its products.
  • Coordinate and host program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, and monitor the impact of order changes on inventory.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to analyze costs and price variances.
  • Create and coordinate New Product Introduction schedules and project plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the Health Tech/Electronic Medical Devices Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools.
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules, and SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts, and contract negotiations.
