Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning
  • Develop and manage contract terms, pricing, and bid preparation
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues and complaints
  • Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for operations reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense
  • At least 6+ years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a diverse team
