About the Role:

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Management Advisor to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer accounts to ensure timely product deliveries and project/program schedules are met.
  2. Develop and implement action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, and monitor customer account profitability.
  4. Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
  5. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction through regular surveys, self-assessments, and complaint resolution.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  7. Coordinate program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication and progress reporting.
  8. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Provide performance reporting and analysis for operations reviews and customer performance reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sector, including manufacturing processes, schedules, and supply chain management.
  2. Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high production standards.
