As part of our strategic plan for growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales for the USA to drive our sales strategy and execute our vision. In collaboration with our Country Manager, you will be responsible for adapting and leading all global sales strategies and processes into the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales against agreed targets and lead the sales team.
- Utilize Value Added Selling techniques and processes to maximize sales opportunities.
- Possess the ideal combination of commercial talent, people management skills, and coaching skills.
- Be result-oriented and able to set priorities for the team.
- Realize and guarantee the further commercial growth of the organization.
- Develop and execute sales action plans.
- Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Search for new important customers and develop business relationships.
- Impact global strategies with local needs.
- Coach team members to their individual goals and daily activities.
- Stay aware of developments in the cosmetics industry.
- Communicate effectively in an international environment.
Requirements
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a similar sector (cosmetics, skincare, beauty salons, cosmeceutical).
- Hands-on mentality.
- Enthusiastic leader.
- Efficient and growth-oriented working.
- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
- Possess an international mindset.
- Have a wide network.
- Experience and proven achievements in areas of sales and marketing.
- Combine a mature, balanced, and convincing personality with a down-to-earth, hands-on, results-oriented attitude and a Growing Together mentality.
- Be flexible in terms of accessibility and availability and show a high level of commitment, passion, and pride for the business, the products, your team, and the customers.
