Regional Sales Manager

This role is responsible for managing Sherwin-Williams' relationships with customers in Europe and North Africa, focusing on powder and liquid coatings for pipe mills, valve and fittings manufacturers, and field joint coaters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships as a single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, including market analysis and financial planning.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring smooth implementation of coating processes and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product development and support business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business success.
- Material or Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong technical and sales skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
This is a multi-task role with technical and sales responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of the coatings industry and Sherwin-Williams' products and services.
