Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue in a nominated region, building and leading high-performing teams, and executing global and local brand standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail management experience, a proven track record of delivering in a similar role, and strong expertise in wholesale channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Store Managers and teams to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve retail KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Ensure consistent execution of global VM standards and brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of delivering in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in wholesale channel management, including negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time.
