Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue in a nominated region, building and leading high-performing teams, and executing global and local brand standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail management experience, a proven track record of delivering in a similar role, and strong expertise in wholesale channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Store Managers and teams to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve retail KPIs.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.
- Ensure consistent execution of global VM standards and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of delivering in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in wholesale channel management, including negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time.
