About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Retraced. As a key member of our globally distributed CSM team, you will be responsible for managing our enterprise fashion and textile partners in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensure project success with the implementation of the Retraced platform.
  • Support customers by defining a clear quarterly framework and success roadmap with KPI-driven goals.
  • Plan and execute the activation of customers' supply chain networks.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and their network in case of problems or specific needs.
  • Understand customer needs and problems to transfer insights to the product development team.
  • Identify up-selling opportunities within existing customer networks.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the Fashion and Textiles Industry with a deep understanding of the supply chain.
  • Multiple years of experience in a customer-facing B2B position in Fashion (e.g., Sustainability Management/Account Management).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent German language skills for client communication.
  • Existing experience working in SaaS relating to fashion & textile supply chain, CSR/ESG, or Clean-Tech is highly desirable.
