We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Interventional business, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by promoting and selling our cutting-edge products and services within an assigned geographic area.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a challenging role, working closely with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to uncover customer needs and develop tailored plans to leverage opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in promoting and establishing education of our products and services, conducting market research, and implementing market development plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell MEDTRONIC's products and services within an assigned geographic area
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals
  • Uncover customer needs and develop plans to leverage opportunities
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical/Science background. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
