**Job Overview**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Representative, focusing on Cardiac Ablation Solutions in the Iberia region. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing business with existing and new customers in line with the company's strategies and targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to maximize product introduction and presentation
  • Present sales strategies to management for approval and implementation
  • Perform all activities to optimize sales, from contract negotiation to identifying key decision makers and executing tenders
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure stock levels are properly controlled
  • Plan and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and metrics

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of selling experience in the medical device industry
  • Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset

**Benefits & Compensation**

MEDTRONIC OFFERS A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF €60,000 - €80,000 PER YEAR, ALONG WITH A FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PACKAGE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.

**Physical Job Requirements**

The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to travel within the assigned territory is also essential.
