Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist at WLG, you will be responsible for providing technical support to dealers and customers in the Czech Republic and other EU regions. Your primary focus will be on the Synergy system, a cutting-edge technology used in dairy farming. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and provide training to dealers' technicians. Your expertise in robotics, mechatronics, and IT will be essential in resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the Synergy system.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to dealers and customers
- Participate in Global Support team training and seminars overseas
- Proactive monitoring on system performances
- Provide technical training and information updates to dealers technicians
- Cooperation with the dealers and sales team to maximize sales opportunities
- Support activity reporting in the CRM system
- Escalation to tear 3 following the SLA defined by the HQ

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in robotics/mechatronics technical support
- IT/Networking/Windows environment experience
- Customer service orientation
- Frontal and on-line training skills
- Highly disciplined, motivated, and able to self-manage one's time/tasks
- Dairy farm working environment - practical knowledge experience would be an advantage
