Job Title: Premium IOL Territory Manager

About the Role:
Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a skilled Premium IOL Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Premium IOL portfolio by building and maintaining strategic relationships with private customers and key accounts in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in key selected customers.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing tailored business development plans to meet their needs.
  3. Present our premium IOL portfolio and equipment to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure product-market fit.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.

Requirements:
  1. 3 years' experience in Ophthalmology, with a degree or equivalent experience in Optometry or life sciences.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Strong analytical knowledge of cataract and refractive market.
  4. Proficient in English and CRM software.
