B2C Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled B2C Lead to join our Customer Centric Organization team. As a key member of our commercial transformation team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in our B2C business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the territory annual business plan, aligned with national strategic guidelines, to contribute to the territory/region growth of IQOS users & HnB.
  • Lead and motivate direct and indirect commercial teams, including team leaders and frontliners, in a concrete area.
  • Manage and implement commercial drivers at point of sales, taking into account territory information/analysis and business opportunities.
  • Analyze and propose territory KPIs and targets, and agree up to final decision with City Head.
  • Execute updates and ensure timely update of territory/LAS/LAU data base to ensure all data are accurate and valid.
Requirements:
  • Retail, B2C or B2B experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Leading teams experience is a must.
  • College/University B.A./University degree in Business/Economics/Marketing; MBA/Master Degree as an advantage.
