Position Overview:This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to a variety of patients, prioritizing clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a caseload of 15-30 patients daily and collaborating with a supportive team that includes scribes, technicians, and receptionists.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload starting at 15 patients per day, aiming to increase to 30-35 patients daily.
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to a variety of patients, prioritizing clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Option to perform surgeries if desired (hospital privileges required).
- Collaborate with a supportive team that includes scribes, technicians, and receptionists.
- Engage in community outreach and education programs as needed.
- Ensure high standards in patient care, clinical outcomes, and timely chart completion.
$250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits- Health Insurance: 70% employer-paid (30% employee contribution). Full family coverage is 100% employee-paid.

- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO, 1 week of sick leave, and 1 week of CME annually.
- Malpractice Insurance: Provided through OMIC. Candidates will need to cover tail insurance prior to joining.
- Partnership Opportunity: Buyout option available for those interested in practice ownership.
