About the role
Job Title: Clinical Application Manager
Works closely with and have impact on: Iberia Sales, Iberia Marketing, HSOE
Reports to: Iberia Country Manager
Function: Commercial
Work Location/Site: Spain / Home Office
Role Overview
Drive the adoption of HSO Premium IOLs in responsible region by providing and coordinating training, on-site application support, KOL management and business development initiatives, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and ComEx organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Training Presentation, Clinical training, OAR Support, Follow up, Customer Readiness.
KOLs support. Collection of clinical data (Clear Log). Troubleshooting.
Support in clinical evaluations.

Continuous training to the sales Team. Theoretical training, competitive analysis, hands-on, wet-lab, OAR Behavior, Customer target segmentation/Selection, clinical data collection, Coaching on the field.
Soft Launch Management Clearly set up KPIs.
Right targeting Account and Surgeon level.
Ensure critical success factors are clearly understood and well executed.
Regular and proper follow up.

Congress Support realization proper podium presentation.
Management user meeting and Per to peer events (Clinical point of view).

Requirements
Experience
Experience of more than 5 years in: OAR behaviour and support.
Lens calculation.
Application positions in ophthalmology.
Premium IOLs sales, Marketing and application.
Medical device surgery.

Skills/Accreditations
Fluent English and Spanish.
At least good knowledge of Portuguese.
Academic Qualifications
University degree and diploma in optics or equivalent qualification.
