This role involves managing cross-functional project teams, working with functional areas to initiate, plan, execute, control, close, and resource clinical trial projects. You will act as an operational nexus, coordinating different groups in a matrix environment to drive and complete clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage cross-functional project teams derived from clinical development groups to deliver high-quality clinical trials in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
- Work with functional areas to initiate, plan, execute, control, close, and resource clinical trial projects.
- Review protocol, source documents, and CRFs, tracking them to completion.
- Create and maintain project timelines for each project, using these timelines to track and manage progress.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Active involvement in each assigned project to meet milestones, resolve issues, and interact frequently with the study team.
- Ability to create project plans, provide budget and progress reviews, and prepare high-quality reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
