Job OverviewAs Senior Clinical Project Lead at Syneos Health, you will oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership and Delivery:
- Manage projects as a project manager, overseeing study conduct and ensuring timely launch, execution, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
- Act as primary liaison between Syneos Health and customers, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget management.
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results while managing financial performance.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of study conduct partners, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure studies comply with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Oversee the quality and completeness of Trial Master Files (TMFs) for assigned projects.
- Maintain study information on various databases and systems.
- Ensure study management components are inspection-ready for all aspects of study conduct.
- Oversight for developing and implementing project plans.
- Prepare project management reports for clients and management.
- Business Development:
- Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in bid defense meetings, representing Syneos Health as a potential project manager.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clinical research organization (CRO) and therapeutic experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Estimated salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive package, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
