Job Summary:

The Sales Executive role at Hosco in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is focused on driving revenue and achieving sales targets. This involves proactively soliciting business from various segments, identifying new opportunities, and re-soliciting past leads. The Sales Executive will work closely with the hotel team to implement pricing strategies and ensure competitive sales strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify top accounts and key buyers for each hotel.
  • Manage the sales funnel and coordinate with the Sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct customer-facing activities and site inspections.
  • Leverage market trends and competitive insights for effective selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales channels to optimize revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and account growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or related field.
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related major (no experience required).
  • Preferred qualifications include a 4-year college degree and previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality sales.
