About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions in a high-growth and competitive environment. You will handle multiple sales cycles, ensuring a high conversion rate and outperforming sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and grow a healthy pipeline of promising merchants and prospects across various verticals.
  • Sell our new cross-border payment solutions and services to e-commerce merchants through outbound and inbound techniques.
  • Help new merchants evaluate our payment capabilities and handle detailed questions about our product features, serving as a consultant and industry expert.
  • Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with other sales team members to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on local trends, including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of payments experience.
  • Solid network of potential prospects and partners.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for technology.
  • Solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and techniques.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, any additional language appreciated.
