Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North of Spain. As a key member of our CRM division, you'll contribute to our annual business plan by achieving personal objectives and supporting management in the formulation of sales strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service the current customer base, increase sales within that base, and establish new accounts.
  • Deal with customer complaints and manage the sales team and subordinates by Quarterly Objectives.
  • Supervise information from Sales Representatives and report to Customer Service, as well as supervise inventories of products in hospitals.
  • Assist the manager to build the yearly Operating Plan and carry out market prospection.
  • Implement comprehensive plans to increase market penetration in the area and co-travel with the Sales Representatives to identify needs for improvement.
  • Manage the sales force to above plan performance and within the operating expense budget, and prepare all reports required by the Managing Director/Business Manager.
  • Identify potential spokespersons, maintain a plan of regular visits to customers to identify and chase their needs, and establish a good relationship.
  • Maintain through knowledge/awareness of competitive products, identify training needs, and provide training programs to optimize the selling process.
  • Empower the sales force, build a team spirit, and give support to other areas if necessary.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals for direct reports, responsible for economical offers and public tenders, and ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity, report and keep the immediate Manager informed about business progress, and assist in building the yearly operating plan.
  • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies regarding pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting, and proactively plan weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels.

Requirements

  • University Degree (preferable).
  • High English level.
  • Medical background (preferable).
  • Information System knowledge (Microsoft Office).
  • Natural abilities (team player, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator, etc.).
  • Professional image.
  • Team player.
