About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist to enhance retention and customer satisfaction of our clients with Technogym Digital Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in implementation and deployment of software solutions (SAAS), a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technologies or similar, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
* Successfully plan and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector. * Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware, and devices. * Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. * Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity. * Your Impact: Provide successful customer training and activation in terms of e-learning, live training and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users. Promote and activate initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction. Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force about our Wellness Network products and services. Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity. Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market. Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.
