Job Title: Digital Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

Buscamos un Digital Sales Team Leader para la Región de West EMEA, para unirse a nuestro equipo y desempeñar un papel clave en el impulso de nuestro crecimiento de revenue.

Responsabilidades:
  • Gestionar y mentorizar a un equipo de 10-15 Account Managers de Digital Sales.
  • Apoyar la gestión de clientes potenciales, la creación de oportunidades y el cierre de acuerdos.
  • Realizar análisis de KPIs para elaborar estrategias de mejora del rendimiento.
  • Establecer y hacer un seguimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
  • Impulsar las ventas a PYMES y las relaciones con los clientes para alcanzar la cuota individual.
  • Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento de los servicios y soluciones de Swo y formar al equipo asignado de Account Managers.
  • Involucrar eficazmente a los arquitectos de soluciones según sea necesario para impulsar los resultados de los clientes.
  • Mantener e implementar las mejores herramientas y procesos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de alianzas en el desarrollo de material de marketing.
  • Contratar y crear un equipo de Digital Sales.
  • Ser responsable de la cuota del equipo de ventas que le reporta.
  • Fomentar un entorno de colaboración entre los equipos de ventas, marketing y alianzas para maximizar la eficacia de las estrategias de generación de oportunidades y captación de clientes.
Requisitos:
  • Localización: Barcelona
  • 8+ años en un puesto de Digital Sales.
  • Experiencia de más de 3 años gestionando Digital Sales.
  • Capacidad demostrada para dirigir procesos de ventas desde el plan hasta el cierre.
