At Air Liquide Healthcare, we are specialists in the manufacture and commercialization of medical and healthcare gases. Our mission is to provide healthcare facilities and professionals with unparalleled medical gas supply reliability and seamless onsite gas management, in a sustainable way.
We are currently launching new digital offers in Europe to simplify medical gas management for our hospital customers. Our innovation team, based in Madrid, is working on the technical roll-out of our new digital offerings.
As the e-services technical support lead, you will be responsible for supporting our European affiliates in the implementation of digital services offers for hospital customers. You will be the referent expert regarding the technologies used, particularly IoT infrastructure installation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Support technically our European affiliates in the implementation of digital services offers for hospital customers.
- Be the referent expert regarding the technologies used, particularly IoT infrastructure installation and optimization.
- Support country affiliates for the deployment, including the installation and maintenance of equipment in the customer hospitals.
- Train the affiliates' teams on IoT aspects.
- Report, track and help resolve potential issues reported by affiliates with internal stakeholders in charge of the platform.
- Gather feedback and potential needs for new features and evolutions of the platform and share it with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, chemical, production, mechanical, biomedical).
- Experience working with IoT infrastructure installation in a constrained environment.
- Knowledge about medical gases and their usage in a hospital context.
- Training and content development skills.
- Willingness to travel.
