Company Overview

We're looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for existing Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their queries and enhancing client satisfaction. You'll be part of the Account Management team and will be responsible for retaining a specific portfolio of clients.

The Role

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Creating long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Gathering information on assigned clients and developing sales plans tailored to their requirements.
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers and ensuring prompt, accurate answers to their queries.
  • Reporting on account status and suggesting company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.
  • Promoting new products/services to existing customers and collaborating with the sales, product, and development teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development account manager in SaaS companies.
  • An analytical mindset, being organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • A digital profile with proficiency in using tech tools and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to converse in English or Spanish, preferably native-level fluency in Spanish.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, being proactive and enthusiastic about proposing new ideas.
