Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying new versions, hotfixes, and products on our test, pre, and production infrastructure. You will also provide user and workstation support, setup computers in PC and MAC environments, investigate and resolve technical issues, and manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy new versions, hotfixes, and products on test, pre, and production infrastructure
- Provide user and workstation support, setup computers in PC and MAC environments
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing effective and clear solutions
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions
- Follow procedures and instructions of the Integrated Managing Systems of the company
Requirements
- Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies or equivalent
- Experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration (solving issues, installing SO, Apps, configuring, etc.)
- Networking knowledge
- Windows Server Active Directory Operations
- Microsoft 365 operation and management
- Linux and MacOs knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and problem-solving
- Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to agile development environments
