Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ingram Micro Inc. as a German Language Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to billing and technical inquiries, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to provide timely resolution on issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cloud solutions, including Microsoft O365 and Azure.
  • Contribute to the development of service desk processes and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize user requests effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail with expeditious execution.
  • Passion for driving exceptional customer experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
