**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to inbound service requests via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
- Understand client business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
- Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers, enhancing their understanding of billing processes and policies.
- Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges as needed, providing debit/credit memos and ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Support multiple cloud solutions, including Adobe, Dropbox, Microsoft O365, and Google, with a primary focus on Microsoft O365 suite.
- Contribute to the development of service desk processes and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective customer support.
- Interact closely with various departments and vendors to provide timely resolution on issues.
**Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize user requests effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure is an advantage.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced working environment.
- Passion for driving exceptional customer experience.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging SaaS cloud solutions is an asset.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Understanding of related terminology and concepts.
