**About the Role**

Ingram Micro is a leading global technology distributor, and we're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Craig Test. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to inbound service requests via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers, enhancing their understanding of billing processes and policies.
  • Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges as needed, providing debit/credit memos and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
  • Support multiple cloud solutions, including Adobe, Dropbox, Microsoft O365, and Google, with a primary focus on Microsoft O365 suite.
  • Contribute to the development of service desk processes and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective customer support.
  • Interact closely with various departments and vendors to provide timely resolution on issues.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize user requests effectively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure is an advantage.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Passion for driving exceptional customer experience.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging SaaS cloud solutions is an asset.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Understanding of related terminology and concepts.
