About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying strong sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Meet quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers about our offerings.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails (including cold calling), engage with C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient level of German with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector.
