The successful candidate will manage high-volume phone calls and emails, analyze and resolve issues, and multitask with ease. You will also liaise with internal and external customers, understand their needs, and respond to contractual times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective scheduling and optimization of Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners
  • Optimal management of communications with customers and internal team members
  • Prioritization of customer onsite response times in alignment with customer expectations and Agilent measures
  • Building strong relationships with internal business partners to deliver a superior customer experience

Requirements:

  • Spanish/English language proficiency required
  • Experience working in customer service, administration, or project management
