Job Summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, accelerate growth through AWS Partners and ProServe, advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
  • Combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
  • Work with cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.

What We Offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
