Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Head of Growth and Expansion. This role will be responsible for driving and consolidating our business growth, reporting directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Sales Growth strategy for Omega CRM, ensuring alignment with our annual business plan objectives.
  • Implement sales strategies and foster growth in local market service lines, driving increased synergies across our service lines.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and advise the Sales team involved in Growth, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Represent the company effectively, with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts to drive cross- and up-sell opportunities, collaborating with our EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members.
  • Manage assigned clients in Spain, growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs and drive business growth.
  • Report to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a well-developed Salesforce network in the Spain ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in achieving Sales objectives for large organizations.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mentality, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
