Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Revenue Growth and Partnerships to drive our monetization strategy and enhance our product to serve users worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking our full potential and driving our mission to 'unleash genAI across the globe'. We are committed to sustainable, long-term growth and are open to innovative monetization playbooks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monetization Strategy Development: Identify and develop user-centric monetization avenues that generate revenue without compromising user experience.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to strategize, define, and implement monetization opportunities across all distribution and acquisition channels.
  3. Revenue Forecasting: Estimate and forecast revenue potential from proposed initiatives.
  4. Monetization Efforts: Lead the sales/partnerships team, negotiate with brands for advertising, and integrate with platforms for ads or affiliates.
  5. Market Dynamics: Understand and adapt to local market customs, partners, and regulations for our main regions.
Requirements
  1. Monetization Experience: Proven experience in various monetization strategies, including ads, affiliation, and partnerships.
  2. Fast-Paced Startup Experience: Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in hyper-growth phases, with a focus on delivering results and being hands-on.
  3. Consumer App Experience: Strong background in consumer apps, with a focus on Latin America and Southeast Asia.
  4. Product Sense: A deep understanding of product development and the ability to work closely with tech teams.
  5. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading strong monetization teams and getting hands-on with implementation.
  6. Decision-Making and Communication: Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
