We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Supply Chain Director to lead our European operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and excellence in supply chain management.
About the Role
The Head Of Logistics And Supply Chain will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including value creation, delivery proposition, customer collaboration strategy, and developing go-to-market strategies. You will lead a team of 40-50 and be accountable for both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to shape a best-in-class supply chain, leveraging internal and external assets to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Lead and motivate a large team, instilling a culture of support, continuous improvement, and learning agility.
- Analyze and develop the overarching strategy for the retail supply chain, delighting customers and partnering closely with retailers to drive great ways of working and growth of these accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and excellence in supply chain management.
Requirements
- Experience working in (or ideally with) retailers, developing dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics Networks to support growth and customer excellence.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strategic mindset able to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, including at a senior level.
- Strong experience setting up new supply chain networks with exposure across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Excellent knowledge of working within European markets.
