About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our operations department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Development: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations department, driving business growth and improvement through effective team management and development.
  2. Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of operations services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive cost savings and quality improvements.
  3. Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective action.
  6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior operations role.
