**The Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth to lead our efforts in scaling our user base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.
- Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
- Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
- Ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and insight generation.
- Propose solutions that help Cabify guarantee competitive advantage based on superior customer experience.
- Utilize and design analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
