We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Business Plans: Create and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve store operations.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandising, and inventory management, to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in Retail Management: Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving store operations.
- Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
